Scripps Ranch Business Park is a 266-acre business community situated on a bucolic wooded site adjacent to the I-15 corridor of San Diego, California. The master planned business community is one of the largest in San Diego County and was built in three phases over a 20-year period. The Currie Partners, Inc. and its affiliated partner, Currie Samuelson Development Group, are the original developers of all three phases of the Scripps Ranch Business Park and currently owns and manages several existing properties within the Park. The firm also manages the common areas for the park’s property owners association.
