The Currie Partners, Inc., founded in 1975 as Scripps Ranch Business Properties, has established a reputation as one of San Diego’s most respected leaders in suburban business park and building development. The principals of the firm, Ron Currie and Larry Woodward, are best known for two master planned business parks in San Diego: the 266-acre Scripps Ranch Business Park, developed with the Samuelson entities of Los Angeles, and the 125-acre Wateridge Corporate Park. In addition, the partners have developed individual properties in San Diego County (including the 190,000 square foot Rio San Diego Plaza in Mission Valley), Orange County and Denver, Colorado.
